Sunset Sea Kayaking/SUP

Sunset Kayaking Istria – SUP & Kayak Tour in Porec or Rovinj

Croatia is known for its breathtaking sunsets. One of the best places to enjoy them is out on the sea in a kayak or on a stand up paddle board. We will paddle away from shore around 2-3 hours before sunset, with plenty of time to enjoy views of the Istrian coastline and surrounding islands.

We will take a break on an island where you can relax, unwind, enjoy a drink and watch the sun slowly disappear below the horizon, leaving a trail of brilliant colors in its wake.

There will be time to paddle back to shore just before dark. This trip is suitable for the whole family – beginners and advanced paddlers alike.

18:00 Arrival at meeting point in Porec or Rovinj (details provided when booking)
18:10 Preparations and start of the kayaking or Stand Up Paddle Boarding
19:30 Break for swimming, snorkeling and sunset watching
21:00 End of the trip

Please note that the start time varies throughout the summer based on the sunset. In June and July, the trip starts around 18:00. In August and September, the trip will begin around 17:00 and end at 20:00. In October, the trip will begin around 16:00 and end at 19:00. Your guide will confirm the exact start time with you a day or two ahead of the trip.

All prices are per person, with a minimum of 4 guests per group. We can do the tour with less than 4 people, but the price for each person will be higher. Private tours are also available – contact us for more details.

Prices include:

  • Skilled guide
  • Use of equipment including kayaks/SUPs, paddles, life jackets and dry bags
  • Insurance

Not included:

  • Tips for your guide(s)
  • Transfers to the starting point are available on request, charges may apply
  • Food and drinks

CANCELLATIONS:

In the case of extreme weather conditions, Terra Magica Adventures will reschedule the activity for a day or two prior to or after the date booked, if possible. If the change is not possible, payments will be refunded in full.

All clients’ cancellations must be in writing by email.
Cancellation charges per person (percentage of total price):

  • 8 or more days prior to arrival – 0%
  • 2-7 days prior to arrival – 50%
  • 1 day prior to arrival or no show – 100%

Arrival and departure point: Rovinj (ComeBack Beach Bar) or Porec (Brulo Beach) – more details provided upon booking.

Things to bring with you:  swim suit, towel, water shoes or flip flops, water, sunscreen, some drinks and snacks, a spare t-shirt.

Transfers: Transfers from various locations in Istria to the starting point are available on request (charges may apply).

Minimum age: 5 years if accompanied by parent(s).

Note: This itinerary is subject to change depending on group abilities and preferences, weather and special events. Terra Magica Adventures guides will do their utmost to ensure the best possible experience for their clients without compromising safety at any time. This may mean changing the original itinerary to avoid discomfort or risk, which could be caused by exceptional heat or cold, stormy weather, heavy traffic or other reasons beyond our control.
