Istria Rock Climbing
Rock Climbing Croatia
With over 25 locations to choose from, Croatia’s Istrian peninsula boasts an array of beautiful settings for rock climbing. We can customize this trip based on your interests and abilities. Summers tend to be warm and sunny in Istria, but nearly every crag has some shady areas.
In Croatia, we have some of the best rock climbing in Europe. Many of the crags we can take you to go rock climbing in Istria are only a short drive away from one another. So there is always the option to climb in diverse surroundings with different, but equally spectacular views in the same day.
You can go climbing in Croatia above the shimmering Adriatic Sea by morning, and in the afternoon take in lush forests and verdant valleys at one of the many crags tucked away in the charming Istrian countryside.
There is also an option to combine rock climbing with cultural and historical excursions, including truffle hunting with a local guide or visiting some of Istria’s enchanting hilltop towns.
